Design Counseling

This is a useful service offered to our clients for initial conceptual thinking, where a commitment to a full Architectural / Engineering service is not in order. This services is similar to the Master Planning-feasibility portion of larger projects, but could be nothing more than a brain storming session prior to purchasing a piece of property, or reviewing possibilities for alterations or additions to existing offices or residence.

The Design counseling sessions can be arranged by appointment, and kept to an hourly fee as needed . If the Design Counseling sessions develop into a specific project, the fees will be credited to the complete Architectural / Engineering fee.
